HR Advisory Board Members
The HR Advisory Board serves is a group committed to the purpose of improving the academic experience as part of the Human Resource Leadership Program. The board strives to enhance the relevancy of the curriculum such that the student learning experience is continuously improved, enhanced, and optimized.
Founder & CEO, SOIL
Anil Sachdev is the Founder and CEO of Eicher Consultancy Services (ECS), Grow Talent Company Limited and the School Of Inspired Leadership-SOIL. He was responsible for bringing AT Kearney to India and as head of ECS, also acted as its Managing Partner from 1992-1997. In April 2001, Anil and his team of co-founders created Grow Talent, a strategic HR consulting firm that rapidly grew to become the leader by 2008. In October 2008, Anil and the other co-founders of Grow Talent entered the field of Education by creating SOIL- the School of Inspired Leadership
He represents India in the ‘World Compassion Council’ headquartered in Seattle, USA.

Ex. Chief Human Resource Officer, HCL Technologies
Mr. Prithvi Shergill served as the CHRO of HCL Technologies from 2012 to 2017 where added value by leveraging personal capabilities and enabling development of engaging environments to facilitate delivery of effective service to the community. Prior to joining HCL, Mr. Prithvi served as a partner in Accenture from 2004 to 2012.
Recently, he co-founded Smarten Spaces which transforms places of work and leisure into state of the art sustainable architectures which will enhance experience and efficiency by increasing performance and optimizing cost.
