Introduction

The People Leadership Program is an HR Leadership Development Program meant for High Potential, Mid-Level HR Managers who are keen on learning new Skills and Current Industry Best Practices in order to groom themselves to become future ready HR leaders of tomorrow.

It is a comprehensive learning journey comprised of three 6-day modules of classroom sessions, one-on-one coaching sessions and a Strategic HR Project - all in the duration of a 7 month intervention, facilitated by world class industry practitioner faculty and academicians.

Incumbents emerge from the program with Enlightenment of the Self, Team Leadership, Organisational Level Leadership; and are skilled and equipped with HR Industry Best Practices to deploy these in their organisations and become the catalysts of Organisational Change and Transformation.

The SOIL People Leadership Program for HR professionals is designed to equip participants to lead this role of enabling.

Recognized as a thought leader in these areas, Anil has done pioneering work with leading global and local firms.
  • Program Director- Bhavna Sharma:  Bhavna is currently working with School of Inspired Leadership as Executive Vice President heading its Consulting and Executive Education division based in Gurgaon, India. Bhavna has over 2 decades of Industry experience in leading all HR verticals across generalist and specialist profiles in the areas of business partnering, Leadership Capability Development, talent management, productivity improvement and HR Change Management.
