Anil Anil Sachdev is the Founder and CEO of the School of Inspired Leadership. He was earlier the founder and CEO of Eicher Consultancy Services and later brought A.T. Kearney to India. He later founded Grow Talent – the leading player in Education & HR Consulting. Anil has been Adjunct Faculty to leading business schools such as Indian School of Business, Kelly School of Business, Indiana University, GMI, Flint Michigan, Antioch University, Seattle and Ohio University, Athens, Ohio.
B10 Shyam Viswanathan has 30 years of experience in configuring and delivering solutions to large corporations in India, W. Europe, Asia Pacific as well as the United States in areas as diverse as Process Design, Knowledge Management and Technology Based Training. He has been a consultant and professor in the areas of Strategy, Leadership, Change Management, Personal Effectiveness and High-Performance Team Building. He was earlier the Associate Dean of Executive Education at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Vijay Ghei Vijay Ghei is an independent consultant, mentor and coach in applied design thinking and design strategy, helping companies across sectors in new product and service development, service innovation and change management. He mentors start-ups in defining viable business models, creating and refining core value propositions, design research and strategy. He holds the position of Visiting Professor of Design Thinking at the Hult International Business School, with campuses in Boston, San Francisco, New York, London, Dubai, and Shanghai and is also a visiting professor for Design Thinking, Problem Solving, Consulting Skills, Critical Thinking and Systems Thinking, at universities in India.
B2 Brij Chandiramani has over three decades of HR experience with NIT- Kurukshetra; Indian Airlines; Modi Xerox (later Xerox India) and Motorola (Motorola University). As National Training and Development Manager with Motorola, he brought Motorola’s global best practices to all Motorola Businesses in India. In his last corporate role as Executive Director - Human Resources and Quality at Xerox India, he was part of the India Leadership Team and this tenure of close to 3.5 years saw many critical Strategic Initiatives rolled out linked to Business Model/ Organizational Changes. His consulting and engagement work since 2003, has involved working with both MNCs and Indian Companies in the areas of Leadership Development, Professional Skills Development, Executive Coaching and Customized L&D Solutions
arjya-pic-1-e1495011638966 Arjya Chakravarty is currently the Program Chair for the Part-Time Management Course for Working Professionals. She has over 22 years of work experience. She has an exposure of 11 years in Human Resource Management and Strategic Initiatives in the automobile, manufacturing, FMCG and BPO industry. She has worked with Hindustan Motors, Dunlop India Ltd, Godrej Consumer Products Division, GECIS and CRY. She has a background in teaching, research and consulting for more than 15 years. She has previously taught at ICFAI Business School and Jaipuria Institute of Management. She has been a Visiting Faculty Member at SP Jain School of Management, Dubai campus for their Executive MBA program.
