People Leader Program (PLP) is a unique program based on an ‘Experiential Learning’ model, to ensure that high potential people managers are equipped to address the real world complex challenges. This program is specifically aimed at nurturing the next-generation HR/People leaders to build their expertise for greater levels of responsibility. This program aims to build HR leaders with a strategic focus, strong business perspective and deep people connect across functions of the organization.

A first of its kind program, it has been co-created by the stalwarts of the industry consortium to accelerate leadership development. The program combines the rigor of conceptual frameworks with practical wisdom and is a unique platform for HR leaders to learn from the best in the industry.

PLP is a six-month-long leadership development program. It is suited for a high potential mid to senior level HR managers or people leaders, having 7-15 years of work experience.

The program aims to help the participants to build their knowledge and skills with latest tools and methodologies designed to provide HR solutions from a practitioner’s perspective.
