Leadership Development Program for Partners of an IP Law Firm

Client Profile

It is an Intellectual Property boutique firm with over 100 professionals and is amongst the top five IP firms in India.

Program Objective

The leaders of the firm feel that although the partners of the firm are functionally very strong, they need to develop competence in areas such as Client Development, Relationship Building, Customer Focus and Leadership. This would make them more well-rounded professionals and eventually equip them with the skills required to successfully run a business.

Our Solution

- Guided by our 3’D’ approach we designed a customized Leadership Development Program for approximately 32 of their partners.

- The Program focused on interactive and applicable learning by encouraging peer interaction and use of case-lets and business scenarios. Several learning methodologies including Leadership Series and Role Plays were utilized so as to ensure sustained learning.

- The Delivery aimed at developing the target group of employees on certain skills and competencies in order to make them more well-rounded professionals.
