WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP COUNCIL, a part of SOIL - Gurgaon, works to inspire and engage women of today. Its primary mission is to help foster relationships between members, as well as industry leaders within the three-tier system, and to provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and knowledge with peers.

Bringing together ‘Women Leaders’ on a single platform, who have shattered the glass ceiling and centuries old stereotypes by their sheer will and determination, and encourage them to help others.

‘Women Leaders’, who are leveling the field for future generations of inspired women, who are increasingly imposing their mark on the world and changing the ecosystem as we know it.

The first Women’s Leadership Summit, SOIL is a one-day comprehensive leadership opportunity which shall be a means to celebrate, recognize, and better support the strong leadership exhibited by women across industries.

Social Impact Campaign

The social initiatives through WLS 2018, shall give a splendid opportunity to an eminent organization like yours, to lead the change in society & help us achieve the same through a High Impact Campaign!


  • WLS and its members strongly advocate- REDUCE REFUSE REUSE RECYCLE, and NO TO PLASTIC.
  • Through this event, we shall be promoting the use of ‘Paper Bags’, and join in the movement to ‘save’ the environment.

The proceeds from this event, by means of ticket sales, shall be directed towards an identified NGO in DELHI/NCR, working in the field of female child welfare.


  • Blood donation drive to be organized before the event at SOIL campus
  • Series of the same to be organised through the city of Gurgaon during the year
  • WLS would reach out to masses, and campaign the cause of the event and share their aspirations.
