Prof. Vijay Ghei holds the position of Visiting Professor of Design Thinking at the Hult International Business School, with campuses in Boston, San Francisco, New York, London, Dubai, and Shanghai. He is also a visiting professor for Design Thinking, Problem Solving, Consulting Skills, Critical Thinking and Systems Thinking, at universities in India.

He has been working as an independent consultant, mentor and coach in applied design thinking and design strategy, helping companies across sectors in new product and service development, service innovation and change management. He also mentors start-ups in defining viable business models, creating and refining core value propositions, design research and strategy.

Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President at NIIT Technologies Limited. As Senior Vice President, Head of Consulting and Advisory Services, he was responsible for providing consulting and advisory services to customers as well as internal functions, driving internal change initiatives, and running the annual business planning process. 

Dr. Sally J. Fox

Sally Fox, Ph.D. is an organizational consultant, facilitator and story-coach who guides leaders and teams to create their desired futures through communication, collaboration and the focused use of stories.

Sally has coached hundreds of professionals to be their passionate best, develop their leadership presence, and put their best story forward. She is known for her deep listening, intuition, sense of strategy and ability to help others discover catalytic new possibilities. She has consulted with organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest and abroad.

She was a Forbes coaches’ council member, an invitation-only community for leading business and career coaches. 

Dr. Tomoyoshi Noda

Visiting Faculty, Transformational Leadership

Dr. Tomo Noda is the founder of ISL (Institute for Strategic Leadership), a Tokyo-based educational institution dedicated to the development of next-generation leaders with the willpower, character and creativity necessary to catalyze social and business innovation in Japan.

Dr. Noda is an expert in organizational strategy and transformational leadership. Formerly he was a faculty member of the London Business School (1996-1997), INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France (1997-2000), and INSEAD Asia in Singapore (2001-2003), where he taught strategic and international management to MBAs and executives.

His research has appeared in first-class academic and management journals including The Strategic Management Journal, The Academy of Management Journal and The Harvard Business Review. At INSEAD, he received the best teacher award for his MBA course in Strategic Leadership, for three consecutive years between 2001 and 2003. He left academia in December of 2003 to focus exclusively on the management of ISL.

Dr. Noda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Tokyo, a Master’s Degree in Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (Business Policy) from Harvard University. He was born in Kyoto in 1959.

Dr. Rajen Gupta

Prof.Gupta has more than 20 years of work experience in the field of Organization behavior & human behavior. He was a professor of Human Behaviour & Organization Development at the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon during 1997-2016. 

Prior to this, he was a Professor at I.I.M. Lucknow. He also spent a year as a visiting professor at Rotterdam School of Management, The Netherlands. He is a Professional Member of the Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Science(ISABS), and a founding member of the National HRD Network.

He was a member of the Academic Councils of the KIIT University, Bhubaneswar and Navrachna University, Baroda. He has been a member of the faculty selection panels of IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Rohtak, IIM Kashipur, Ambedkar University(Delhi) etc. 

Dr. Renuka Singh

Visiting Faculty, Sociology

Doctorate in Sociology, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU)


Prof. Renuka Singh has a doctorate in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. For the last twenty-five years, she has been working in the field of gender studies and has also worked with several non-governmental organizations, and at the Women’s Studies Centre, Delhi University. She has been a Research Fellow at the Centre for Cross-Cultural Research on Women at Oxford University and UGC Senior Scientist at JNU.

Currently, she is an Associate Professor at the Centre for the Study of Social Systems, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and also the Director of Tushita Mahayana Meditation Centre, New Delhi.

Renuka Singh is the author of The Womb of Mind (1990), Women Reborn (1997) and has co-authored Growing up in Rural India (1989). She has compiled and edited The Path to Tranquillity (1998), The Transformed Mind (1999) and The Little Book of Buddhism (2000). These books have been published in several languages.

Aryja Chakravarthy

Professor, Human Resource Management

Arjya is currently the Program Chair for the Post Graduate Program in HR Leadership. She has over 25 years of work experience. She has an exposure of 11 years in Human Resource Management and Strategic Initiatives in the automobile, manufacturing, FMCG and BPO industry. She has worked with Hindustan Motors, Dunlop India Ltd, Godrej Consumer Products Division, GECIS and CRY.

She has a background in teaching, research and consulting for more than 11 years. She has previously taught at ICFAI Business School and Jaipuria Institute of Management. She has been a visiting Faculty Member with SP Jain School of Management, Dubai campus for their Executive MBA program. She sits on the panel of Committees of MNCs as an external member for Gender Diversity initiatives. She is pursuing her research in Strategic HRM. She has published research papers and cases in international publications and participated in International Conferences. She had completed her Coaching Certification course from Royal Roads University, Canada and has several (one-on-one) coaching hours to her credit.

Prof. A. N. Bhattacharya

Professor, Marketing

Atindra is a full-time Professor of Marketing & Social Innovation at School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL). Prior to SOIL, he was associated with Institute for Integrated Learning in Management (IILM), Greater Noida for six years, as an Associate Professor of Marketing. He was also the Dean (Academics) at IILM Graduate School of Management, Greater Noida handling their AICTE approved PGDM program.

In addition to his academic experience, Atindra has 18 years of experience in the industry and has worked with brands like Amul, Dhara, Vadilal, Ravi Fans, Lovett etc. at the national level. His expertise lies is in areas of Channel Management, Sales Force Management, Retail Management, Consumer Behavior and Entrepreneurship. He is also an honorary faculty with the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) of the Wadhwani Foundation and is on the Mentor Advisory Panel of Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST), an NGO working for micro-enterprise financing and mentoring.

Atindra is also a Board Member of Academy of International Business (India Chapter) and has organized two international conferences at IILM, the last one being in 2009 in association with UNCTAD India. He has also presented a joint paper at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) conference at Beijing in the emerging area of public-private partnership in entrepreneurship.

After his graduation, Atindra went for his Masters in Management Studies with specialization in Marketing from Banaras Hindu University. He also has a Diploma in the German Language.

Dr. Neetika Batra

Professor, Finance

B.Com, Masters(Finance), Delhi University


Prof. Neetika Batra is a graduate from SRCC, and master's in finance from Delhi University. She was a rank holder at school and university level. She started her career in the year 1990 in Investment banking with SBI Capital Markets Ltd. There, she was initially heading an equity scheme of SBI Mutual Fund. Thereafter, she was heading the team of Corporate finance professionals as Vice President for several years, handling activities like issue management, funds syndication, project advisory services and so on. Then she co-founded her own boutique investment banking company in 2005, which later got merged with another investment bank. Simultaneously, she started getting involved in teaching and consulting assignments. She has been in the academic world for the last about eight years and was a visiting faculty to many prestigious B-schools, teaching a variety of core and specialization subjects in Finance. Simultaneously, she was into designing and conducting various MDPs and corporate training programs.

She has also written a textbook on “Investment Planning” for an institute she had earlier worked with. Currently, she chairs the Business Leadership Program and is the finance professor at SOIL. She has completed her Ph.D. from Delhi University in the area of Priority Sector Lending by banks in India.

Prof. Ravindra Ojha

Professor, Operations

Prof. Ravindra Ojha, currently the Chair – Operations at the School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) was the Director – School of Engineering & Technology, at The NorthCap University (NCU), Gurgaon.  He was the Managing Director of G. K. N. Driveline India Ltd and has been the part of the four-fold growth journey at GKN. He has a rich corporate experience of more than three decades in the automotive manufacturing sector, TATA Motors and Eicher being the prominent ones.

He has a of B Tech. (Mechanical) degree from N.I.T (formerly R.E.C) Warangal (Gold medalist), M Engineering (Industrial Engg & Management) from the Asian Institute of Technology Bangkok and has his PhD (Manufacturing Excellence using Systems Dynamics modelling) from NCU. He has 24 papers published in national and international journals. Four of these papers have won the best paper awards.  His areas of interest and research are Cellular manufacturing systems, Technology audits, Manufacturing excellence, application of System dynamics to study behaviours, Lean operating systems, Project Management and Supply Chain management. He has been an excellent sportsman and continues to keep himself fit through his morning walks/ exercise.      

Dr. Neha Sharma

Dr. Neha has around 20 years of experience in the field of corporate communication, branding, media relations, corporate training and academics. She is a Ph.D. in Internal Corporate Communication, Employee Engagement and Employer Branding, and has received Best Doctoral Thesis Award from IIT Madras. In the past, she has worked as Senior Journalist with Indian Express, Media Planning Head - Fourth Estate, Grey Worldwide, Assistant Director - Amity School of Communication, Assistant professor - DIT University, Delhi University and Associate Professor & Head, Dept. of Management Studies, SR Group of Institutions.

She is currently working as Associate Professor at SOIL, Gurgaon and researching on psychological contract behavior of civil services officers in India. Her research interests lie in the field of internal communication, employee engagement, CSR and psychological contract. Her research papers have been published in numerous international journals and conference proceedings.
