Ashutosh is the founder Partner of PROACT Management Consulting. With over 14 years of line and consulting experience, he has been instrumental in several “Transformation” initiatives in a wide spectrum of industries. He has a background in implementation of “Total Quality” Programmes, Six Sigma projects and Business Process Re-engineering initiatives.
He was part of one of the pioneering efforts in the Indian consulting arena pertaining to “Service Quality”. He was instrumental in establishing “Service Quality” as a consulting practice by successfully developing a version of “Service Strategy Deployment” customised to the Indian context. Tested at few of his clients the methodology has been tested and proven successful. This aims at creating a well defined Service Strategy for a Service Organisation and implementing it to achieve Tangible, Measurable, Time-bound business goals that are owned up and well accepted at all levels in the organisation.
Some of the clients he has worked for include: American Express – FC (East), American Express TRS (India), GE Capital International Services, ICICIOnesource, Tata Telecom , Quark India, The World Bank-WSP(SA), Amway India Enterprises, British Gas, Shriram Industrial Enterprises, Perfetti India and Mother Dairy (Delhi & Calcutta).
He has a BE degree in Electrical Engineering, PG Diploma in Business Administration in the Area of Operations and Marketing Management. He is also a Certified Lead Assessor for ISO 9000 series of Quality Standards.
