Overview

Career Development Services at SOIL is not about getting a job; it’s about bringing out the best in you. We will be your partner in career planning, readiness, and placements.

Define Life Vision

Learn to articulate your core values, limiting beliefs, and envisioned future through the reflection in morning circle -SOIL has a unique practice to start the day with a sharing session wherein students, faculty and staff reflect and connect with each other. To help you continue this journey of self-reflection, we also offer peer group discussions and one-on-one mentoring sessions. Each student has an internal mentor who is a senior leader within SOIL and an external mentor who is an industry leader. Every student makes his Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and works closely with mentors, career development coach and peer group to realize his true potential.

Self-Assessment and Personal Support

Identify and leverage your strengths, and target the areas where you want to grow with our well researched and validated instrument-SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT). An extensive report on attitude and personality is shared with each student. Career Management Centre Advisor who truly understands your goals works closely with you on your areas of improvement.
