The program is designed to enable young professionals to understand the underlying factors of ever evolving socio-economic environment and develop professional competence for excellence in various organized sectors of activity along with developing leadership with character to contribute to the welfare of the larger society.
The pedagogy helps the participants get exposed to the latest know how in core marketing subjects such as Consumer Behavior. International Marketing, Brand Management, Social Media Marketing, CRM, Retail Management, Rural Marketing to name a few. Participants are challenged with real-world assignments that have the potential to shape the business of today and tomorrow. The opportunity to work on marketing consulting projects, a four-week Internship with Industry and the opportunity to be mentored by a senior Business Leader: all make this a rich learning experience.
All students who enroll in the Marketing Leadership Program are part of a cohort within the Business Leadership Program. In the first two terms they attend all the courses of Business Leadership Program and in the final term they study courses specific to marketing.
