Arvind has over 30 years of operating experience across retail and consumer product companies. He was formerly the CEO of Domino’s Pizza India (currently Jubilant Foodworks), where he reinvented the business model and restructured the team to achieve a turnaround.
Subsequent to this, he was the CEO at Jumbo Electronics, where he managed 18 divisions, across Dubai, Singapore, Oman, Bahrain and Sudan, and he was Managing Director at DLF Retail Developers, where he was responsible for the development and management of all 20 (completed and under construction) malls in India.
He is currently working with IEP on making several platform investments in the quick service restaurant and casual dining restaurant sector. He received a Management Degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Dr. Karl-Erik Sveiby
Dr. Karl-Erik Sveiby is often described as one of the “founding fathers” of Knowledge Management, having pioneered several of the fundamental concepts. In 1986 he published his first book in Swedish, “Kunskapsföretaget”, which became the source of inspiration for the very early Swedish movement in knowledge management in both research and practice. His book published 1990 (Sw. “Kunskapsledning”) was the world´s first with Knowledge Management in the title. He has since published 12 further books and dozens of articles. His website, www.sveiby.com, contains all his articles and most of his 13 books.
Being co-owner and a manager of a publishing company for 15 years, which he was instrumental in developing into Sweden’s largest in trade press Ekonomi & Teknik Förlag, he recognised the need to measure the intangible assets, and he went on pioneering reporting practices for intangible assets, testing them in his own company. Today he is professor at Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, researcher, developer of tools and methodologies and advisor to corporations and governments worldwide.
Dr. Lilac Nachum
Visiting Faculty, Doing Business in Global World
Dr. Lilach Nachum is a Professor at Zicklin Business School, Baruch College, New YorkPrior to joining Baruch College in 2002, Lilach Nachum was a Senior Research Fellow at Cambridge University, UK, where she was involved in a number of research projects on the activities of foreign firms in London. Earlier, she held a Senior Member position in the Research Division on Foreign Investment and Transnational Corporations at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
In conjunction with these positions, she has been acting as consultant to a number of national and international organizations – including the United Nations, the World Bank, the European Union, London’s Westminster City Council – on issues related to Multinational Corporations and international competitiveness. She holds visiting research and teaching positions at universities around the world, including in Austria, China, Israel, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK, and has been teaching on Baruch College’s Executive Education programs in New-York, Taiwan, Singapore and Hong-Kong. She is also listed in the Marquis Who’s Who in the World and the Marquis Who’s Who in America.
Lilach holds a BA and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University, Israel (both completed with distinction), and a PhD from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Prior to joining academia, she held managerial positions in a number of Israeli companies.
Dr. William H. Davidson
William started his career in academia. Before his extra-curricular activities prevailed, he served as a tenured Professor of Management at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, from 1985 to 1998. He was also Research Director for the Harvard Multinational Enterprise Research Project at Harvard Business School. He was acknowledged as the most widely cited academic in the field of international management during the 1985-1995 decade. His book 2020 Vision (with Stan Davis) was selected as the Best Business Book of the year by Fortune Magazine in 1992. He has written seven other books on management, including The Amazing Race. His latest book, Breakthrough, was published by John Wiley Press in 2004. He is currently completing a new book entitled GREAT CHINA, co-authored with Wei Zhong Ding.
He was a founding faculty member of the Kokusai Daigaku, a joint US- Japanese international management education university in Japan, and also of the Dalian Institute in Dalian China, the first executive education institute in China, co-sponsored by the US and Chinese governments.
In 1984, hel founded MESA Inc., a management consulting firm acquired by Deloitte & Touche in 1996. As a national partner at Deloitte, Bill had leadership responsibilities in its management consulting practice during 1996-98. After leaving Deloitte, Bill founded a new company, MESA Development, to focus on global strategy and leadership development. MESA’s clients have included over half of the Fortune 100. MESA also conducts the Global Leadership Program for senior executives of a set of leading US, European and Asian corporations.
He has served on six public company boards and a number of private company boards. He is non-executive Chairman of Broadcast Technology (NASDAQ:BCST) and Chairman of Castle Arch Real Estate Company.
He earned an AB in economics, an MBA, and a doctorate in business administration, all from Harvard University. He lives in Palos Verdes and Palm Springs, California, is an active surfer, golfer and skier, and he plays on an adult ice hockey team with his oldest son.
Visiting Faculty, Strategic Decision Making for Business
Prasun is one of the founding Directors of Avenir, a consulting firm focused on facilitating organizations achieve exponential growth. With more than 14 years of consulting experience, he has led key engagements with Fortune 100 organizations such as Burlington Resources Europe and Philips International as well as medium sized organizations across the world resulting in high value identification and capture. Over the last five years, Prasun has led and supervised consulting engagements with Indian and International companies that have delivered quantum increase in profits in very short periods of time.
He is a certified Decision Analyst and has consulted and delivered workshops and class room sessions on strategic decision making with academic institutions and companies around the world. He is also a recognised TOC expert and has been a preferred project leader for the Viable Vision engagements of Goldratt Consulting, led by Dr. Eli Goldratt.
Other than the above, Prasun’s breadth of consulting includes TQM, Six Sigma, Service Quality and Process transformation. He has presented a number of papers in various international forums thus being actively involved in the furthering the boundaries of management knowledge in the areas of decision making, strategy, and TOC led operations and logistics.
He is an Engineering and Economics alumnus of B.I.T.S, Pilani and a management graduate with distinction from AIM, Manila.
Ravi brings over 25 years of leadership, executive expertise and experience in achieving strategic business growth across Asia Pacific and Japan.
As a Certified Professional Coach, Ravi has worked as executive/ business coach both within Hewlett-Packard and externally with clients across the region, improving their skills and competencies to become effective business leaders. He has also served as a mentor to professionals from diverse enterprises within multiple industries.
He is a core member and active volunteer in social development movements. He is an executive committee member and an active instructor in NikamGuruji Yoga Kutir Singapore (one of the oldest voluntary yoga movements in Singapore) which has trained more than 40,000 participants in the last 14 years. He is also an active volunteer and advisor of the Ramakrishna Mission Boys Home, Singapore for more than 15 years. Currently he is involved in the activities of Delhi based voluntary organization Scope Plus and works with students from municipal schools. Ravi is also committed to Coaching and mentoring and volunteers on International Development Projects.

Stephanos George Eapen
Stephanos has spent a decade in research and consulting, and focusing on innovation in the field of management and strategy, he has worked in healthcare/pharmaceuticals, electronics, software and infrastructure industries. As a member of the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) Network, he has worked with Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne in the development and delivery of BOS Programmes and Seminars for Executive Development.
He co-founded Strategy Regeneration a group that uses the BOS to run ‘in company’ workshops. He is an MBA from INSEAD, currently working with the Centre for Social Innovation at INSEAD, developing an approach to adapt BOS methodology to issues around Sustainability and challenges at the Base of the Pyramid.
