SANJAY SINGHAL, IT industry veteran with nearly three decades of experience is Founder and Principal Consultant at Strategizers. Sanjay advises clients on Strategy & Operations, Program & Product management and Start‐up Advisory.
Sanjay has developed 10‐step model for defining start‐up strategy and a start‐up assessment model to evaluate their investment worthiness. Sanjay is former Partner/Managing Director at Accenture and led the delivery of complete technology services for a $2.5bn BPO business delivered through a global team of 1,200 professionals in 17 countries. He has also led Sales and Operations for 11,500 people practice across APAC geography managing business worth $350mn and achieving the compounded annual growth of 40% over 8‐years. Sanjay is Accenture certified Lead SI Solution Architect, SI Delivery Lead and trained AO Solution Architect. Sanjay brings the perfect blend of business strategy, operations, techno‐commercial and academic orientation to the table. He has authored a book titled “Software Project Management” on managing software projects ‘more’ effectively and is an articulate speaker having delivered several technical and management lectures to international audiences. He is regular speaker for various Nasscom and TiE events, and regularly writes for Nasscom on wide ranging topics. He is also visiting faculty for educational institutes.Sanjay currently mentors few start‐ups and serves on their board of directors/advisory board. He also serves on the technical Consultative committee of National University of Education Planning and Administration (NUEPA) for Local School Management Information System (LSMIS). Sanjay is Charter Member of TiE‐Delhi NCR. Sanjay developed mathematical model for estimation of multi‐shore software development projects and an estimation model for estimating n‐tier business applications. Both models have been widely deployed and used in large global organizations.

Satya Prakash Sharma

Satya Prakash Sharma has about 18 years of IT Consulting, Process Implementation and Program Management experience. He has worked for organizations like Hewlett Packard, Genpact, Perot Systems and Ajay Piramal Group. He has diversified experience in business application implementations like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), eCommerce applications, Content Management Solutions (CMS) and Business Process Management (BPM) applications. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.org. He is certified Green belt in lean six sigma and has done certifications like Certified in production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) from APICS USA.
Satya is currently on a break from corporate world and is pursuing Academics. He earned a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Business Economics from Delhi University. He is currently pursuing Masters in Psychology from IGNOU.
Visiting Faculty, Business Analysis
Ullas has over 24 years of diverse experience in the Consulting and Information Technology sector. He has been in the leadership roles for 14 years. He has extensive experience in Business Process Improvement, large scale program management, consulting and general management.
Before setting up his own consulting firm, Ullas worked as Vice President at accenture where he played multiple roles including the Sales Support Lead for global insurance clients, Location Lead for Gurgaon Delivery Center and Delivery Lead for global insurance clients.
He has done a number of consulting assignments involving process consulting, IT Strategy and portfolio analysis and program management for clients in the US, Middle East, Japan, Malaysia and India. He set up the Industry Program for Financial Services at accenture’s India Delivery Center.
He has extensive International exposure having visited 16 countries and interacted with CIOs and other business leaders from several Global 1000 firms across continents. He is a certified Theory of Constraints (TOC) practitioner certified by TOC International Certification Organization.
Ullas has been an assessor for CII-EXIM Bank award for Business Excellence, the Indian equivalent of the Malcom Baldridge award. He has been a speaker and panelist at national and international conferences.
He earned a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Rajesh Dhuddu has 17+ years of experience in Mobile, Payments and Business Process Management Industries. In the World of convergence, he brings in convergence of Marketing and Finance skills. He is credited with creating high performing global teams in Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Corporate Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions. At Quatrro, he leads Market Development efforts focused on transforming Cards and Mobile Payments in Emerging markets and also manages Corporate Marketing and Strategy initiatives. Rajesh graduated from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning with a gold medal in MBA Finance. He is currently pursuing Executive Program in Management at Columbia Business School, USA. He is a certified Project Management and Outsourcing Professional from PMI and IAOP, USA. He is an avid cyclist specializing in long distance cycling and holds the title ‘Randonneur’ from ‘Audax Club Parisien’, France for cycling 200 kms in under 10 hours. He has been mentoring and teaching at SOIL from the year 2011. His life motto is ‘Help Ever. Hurt Never’ and is committed to advancing this cause to more and more people.
