Arjya is currently the Program Chair for the Part-Time Management Course for Working Professionals. She has over 22 years of work experience. She has an exposure of 11 years in Human Resource Management and Strategic initiatives in the automobile, manufacturing, FMCG and BPO industry. She has worked with Hindustan Motors, Dunlop India Ltd, Godrej Consumer Products Division, GECIS and CRY.

She has a background of teaching, research and consulting for more than 11 years. She has previously taught at ICFAI Business School and Jaipuria Institute of Management. She has been a visiting Faculty Member with SP Jain school of Management, Dubai campus for their Executive MBA program. She sits on the panel of Committees of MNCs as an external member for Gender Diversity initiatives. She is pursuing her research in Strategic HRM. She has published research papers and cases in international publications and participated in International Conferences.


BRIJ K CHANDIRAMANI

Brij is an experienced Trainer, Facilitator and a Professional Coach. He is bilingual in English and Hindi. His long and varied corporate stints allowed him to develop expertise in Learning and Development, Leadership Development and Human Resources.

His consulting and engagement work since 2003, has involved working with both MNCs and Indian Companies in the areas of Leadership Development, Professional Skills Development, Executive Coaching and Customized L&D Solutions. Besides all parts of India, his work has taken him to Sri-Lanka and Singapore

In his career of over three decades prior to consulting he worked with NIT- Kurukshetra; Indian Airlines; Modi Xerox (later Xerox India) and Motorola (Motorola University). Major part of his work in this period had been in the area of Learning and Development; ranging from Technical Training to Management Training to TQM to Management Development and later as Executive Director – Human Resources and Quality at Xerox India.

With his academic background in Mechanical Engineering, OR & SQC and Systems Management, Brij has the ability to easily relate to different business and developmental needs. He is certified as Coach and Counselor on 360 Degrees Profilor by PDI, accredited for MBTI-Step II, DISC, SL-II as International Master Trainer, Energy-for-Performance of HPI, and for ‘Managing Business Today’ of Business Today International, RSA. DR. FRANCOIS DUPUY

A former partner with Mercer Delta, a global organization strategy and change management firm, Francois is a former faculty member at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University and at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. The author of ten books including Sharing Knowledge, The Chemistry of Change, and The Customer’s Victory, he won the Manpower Award in 1999 for the latter. His latest book Le Fatigue des Elites was published in 2006.
Francois works with multinational corporations to identify organizational barriers to successful change and business growth. The diagnostic process illuminates the organizational context (place) and practice (behavior) that is preventing successful adoption and implementation of business objectives. He has worked with top management teams in Air France, Air Liquide, Bobst (Switzerland), Credit Lyonnais, CGNU (UK), Electrabel (Belgium), France Telecom, Fortis Bank (Belgium), L’Oreal, Monsanto (USA), Renault, Societe Generale and Telecom Italia.

An executive educator at INSEAD Advanced Management program and multiple custom programs for organizations around the world, his teaching evaluations at INSEAD place him among the top 10% of all program faculty. He received a BA in History from La Sorbonne in 1969, a BA and MBA in Political Science at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (1971 and 1973 respectively). He also graduated from the Salzburg Seminar in American Studies in 1974 and the Paris School of Journalism in 1971.

Snehal holds a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University, USA with specialization in Organization Behavior and Human Resources. She has 12 years of varied experience in Industry, Teaching and Consulting in the US and in India. In addition, her work has been published in renowned journals in the US and has been presented at International conferences.

Snehal’s experience includes Leadership Development Engagement with a wide range of companies, backed by a strong foundation in research and teaching: – Vice President of Leadership Development at Bank of America, Charlotte, NC: Initiatives such as Talent Management, Culture Assessment (specifically with regard to acquisition integration) and Evaluation of Leadership Development programs. – Consultant representing TV Rao Learning Systems: worked with multiple clients to deliver workshops on 360 Degree Feedback and Retention.

– Researcher at McNeil Research and Evaluation Associates: Led projects to improve effectiveness of Department of Labor Programs. – Academic Faculty: Taught courses such as Organization Behavior at Carnegie Mellon University, Organizational change and learning (Masters level) and Statistics and Applied Research Methods (Doctoral level) at North Carolina State University. She is also a co-author of a book titled “Research Methods for NGOs in South Asia”.

Francis is a Strategic Human Asset Consultant, working primarily with the development sector, transforming NGOs by introducing a culture of performance and excellence through the people and the culture of the organizations.

With over two decades of experience in developing attitudes, nurturing culture and promoting personal and professional growth among highly motivated, self-driven people in the education and social development sectors in India, Francis Rebello brings a new way of perceiving and dealing with people.

He has a basic degree in Science (Chemistry) from Gujarat University and has done his Post-Graduate studies in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences and Organizational Development from Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur. He also has a degree in law, specializing in Labor Law and a degree in teaching (B.Ed.).


GAGAN ADLAKHA

Gagan is an HR professional with experience in Organization Design & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, HR Operations, HRIS and specializes in HR Strategy and Planning; Identifying Learning Needs, Designing Learning Interventions; Instructional Design; Facilitation; Coaching; Diagnostics.

He is presently a Partner at Vyaktitva, and has previously been Director at vCustomer. Moreover, he has had a stint at NIIT as Regional Manager along with working at NIIT in HR domain as well. Mr. Adlakha teaches Employee Engagement at SOIL.


KALPANA SINHA

Kalpana Sinha is CEO and Co-Founder of Cosmode Consultants. An organization focused on Building Leadership and Organization Capability. She has over twenty years of rich experience in human capital management, learning, and organization development—passionate about aligning the disciplines with business strategy creation and implementation. She has also built world-class human resources teams and systems. She is an executive coach and trusted advisor to senior business leaders and has facilitated over 500 workshops at senior leadership levels. Prior to this she was Director – People and Organization Capability at Microsoft Corporation for sales and marketing in Asia Pacific, and in in India across many business units. Her last assignment was Senior Vice President at McCann World Group working on a worldwide organization transformation agenda. She is passionate about work in women in leadership. She has to her credit a book edited by her on Empowerment of Women in South Asia, published by AMDISA in 2001 and is currently pursuing a research initiative ‘Accelerating Women in Leadership – India’ to understand what practices accelerate the development of women as leaders, and how having women in leadership roles contributes to organizational results. The goal will be to also explore perspectives and practices concerning how organizations identify and develop women leaders. She has also been a pioneer is applying neuroscience to leadership development and change initiatives. She has done her masters certificate in neuroleadership from Middlesex University in the United Kingdom.

Venkatesh has a Masters in Social Work (MSW) Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Madras University, Chennai. He is a Managing Partner of People Maths Consultancy Services, PMCS is a business enabling firm which works on two critical business intersection(s) of Strategy & Execution; Business & HR.

He brings in a rich experience of 20 years in Human Resources in varied settings. In his past, he has worked for MNCs like HUL, Coca-Cola Caterpillar, and Indian Corporates like Bharti and Educomp Solutions. Venky is a trainer in Situational Leadership – Partnering for Performance, Balance Score Card, Out Bound Learning, besides being certified in Hays Job evaluation, Thomas Profiling and 360-degree feedback.

In the early years of his career spent time in managing tough IR situations handling multiple militant labor unions in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu enhancing labor Productivity through Long Term Settlements.


DR. NOEL MACHADO

Over the last twenty years, Noel has worked across industry, academia and the voluntary sector. He was the founder & managing partner of Prashnodaya; Vice President in Human Resources with Accenture, India; and Head of HR Consulting with Ernst & Young, Mumbai.

Since 2008, Noel has devoted most of his time to research & teaching: he has been a visiting professor at the School of Management, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Noel holds a doctorate from the University of Mumbai for his research in the Sociology of trust within organizations.


SHYAM VISWANATHAN

Shyam Viswanathan is an Electrical Engineer and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies of Delhi University. He has more than 3 decades of experience in configuring and delivering solutions to large corporations in India, W. Europe, Asia Pacific as well as the United States in areas as diverse as Process Design, Knowledge Management and Technology Based Training.

Shyam Viswanathan has been a consultant and professor in the areas of People Leadership (Leadership of Teams), Leadership of Change Initiatives and Design Thinking. He is a Subject Matter Expert with SHRM, India and an empaneled Faculty with Harvard Business School Publishing.

Shyam also works with the CEOs of large, medium and small organizations – to help them articulate, deploy and leverage a strong organization Cultural DNA to attain and maintain Business Leadership.

Shyam Viswanathan has been the Associate Dean of Executive Education at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (founded by Kellogg, Wharton and the London Business School). He has led the design and delivery of Leadership Development initiatives for more than 100 different organizations in the United States, Europe and Asia.
Apart from having been on the Board of Directors of organizations based in India and the United States – Shyam is on the Advisory Board of the School of Inspired Leadership.

Shyam is 56 and lives with his wife (an Executive Coach & Psychometrics specialist) in Coimbatore, India.


DR. NEHA SHARMA

Dr. Neha has around 15 years of experience in the field of corporate communication, branding, media relations, corporate training and academics. She is a PhD in Internal Corporate Communication, Employee Engagement and Employer Branding, and has received Best Doctoral Thesis Award from IIT Madras. Her earlier assignments include- Reporter, Indian Express, Media Manager-Fourth Estate, Assistant Director- Amity School of Communication; Assistant professor -DIT University and Associate Professor & Head, Dept. of Management Studies, SR Group of Institutions. In conjunction with these positions, she has imparted training on motivation, change management, 5 -S, emotional intelligence and internal communication to Government and Non-Government officers. Currently working as Associate Professor at School of Inspired Leadership, Gurgaon and researching on psychological contract behavior of civil services officers in India. Her research interests lie in the field of internal communication, employee engagement, CSR and psychological contract. Rajneesh is the Managing Partner of SimplyHR Solutions LLP, an End to end HR solutions firm based out of Delhi NCR, India formed in January 2011.

Rajneesh’s professional experience of 27 years spans across Consulting (National Productivity Council), Manufacturing (Eicher Motors & Hindalco), FMCG (Gillette incl Duracell), Telecom (Vodafone), Hospitality (Oberoi Group of Hotels) and Media (Network18). He is a HR Generalist with exposure in each domain of HR. His core capabilities lie in HR operations with focus on Culture Building, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development and Talent Management.

In his last assignment at Network18, he was instrumental in leading a HR team which facilitated the company to become a Great Place to Work for 2 years consecutively (2008 & 2009).

At SimplyHR, he has led a team of HR professionals towards providing Outsourced HR services to SMEs and Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR Advisory services for Startups and other organizations.
