Program Objectives

  • To provide an opportunity of learning for those who cannot leave their present assignments to join course(s) of their interest on a regular basis due to their preoccupations in office, vocation or business but are seriously interested to learn the techniques of effective management of Human Resource Management
  • To facilitate study of theory and practice of Human Resource Management
  • To create trained and skilled manpower to handle global business demands on HR
  • To prepare these future professionals for assuming a strategic role in helping organizations gain competitive advantage

The Eligibility Criteria

It is meant for executives already working in HR/Administration function, as well as those who aspire to work in HR function in near future.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an exempt-level (professional) HR position with a Master’s degree or higher, OR
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an exempt-level (professional) HR position with a Bachelor’s degree, OR
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in an exempt-level (professional) HR position with less than a Bachelor’s degree
