School of Inspired Leadership invites you to a workshop on "Knowing your Leadership Potential" hosted by SOIL founder Anil Sachdev
Talent can be defined as the 4 capacities – to learn, to think, to relate and to act. Efforts that you devote to these talents determines your competence.
Realized Talent = competence | Unrealized talent = potential
The workshop will cover the following aspects
1) Introduction to the four capacities and concepts of talent, competence and potential
2) Studying your best work to understand your competence
3) Ways of assessing your capacities
4) Strategy to convert unrealized talent (Potential) into performance – The roles of effort, mentoring, choosing what to focus on etc.
