SOIL follows a rolling Admission Process with 3 Round Deadlines. Candidates who apply in earlier rounds will be evaluated and processed prior to candidates who apply in later rounds. Please see below for the round deadlines

Caliper Profile Assessment

The Caliper Profile is a comprehensive assessment which provides measures of your potential to demonstrate those competencies which are essential aspects of successful leadership and management - influencing, managing relationships, interpersonal skills, problem solving, decision making, personal organization and time management.

It will give you access to insights about yourself and your qualities. If the Caliper report shows that you have the necessary qualities desired at SOIL, you will be called for an Interview which is the Talent Appreciation Process (T.A.P.).

The applicants will be reviewed and candidates found to be suitable will take the Caliper Profile Assessment. The details for these will be sent in an email to the applicant. You will be required to take the Caliper Profile Assessment within four days of receiving the link. You will need internet access to take the Caliper Test.

Submission of Essays & Recommendations
Prior to the T.A.P. you will need to submit answers to the 5 essay questions and submit 2 recommendations. For details, please see the Application Checklist page.

Talent Appreciation Process (T.A.P.)
SOIL will conduct the T.A.P. across the cities of Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Delhi (NCR). This will include an interview by senior leaders from the SOIL Industry Consortium Companies along with the SOIL faculty. This will give you an oportunity to showcase your strengths. The dates for the TAP will be communicated to candidates over email.

Admission Offer
Candidates who are selected will be made an offer of admission within 7 days of completion of their Talent Appreciation Process. The offer letter will be couriered to the address provided by the candidate and a scanned copy of the same would be sent to their email id.

Selected candidates must confirm their admission by paying the Admission Fee of INR 1,65,450 (INR 1,50,000 plus service tax of 10.3%) within 14 days of their results being declared, failing which, the admission offer will stand cancelled. The Admission Fee is non-refundable.

Program Start Date
The Programs for the forthcoming batch will commence on 14 May, 2012.

The Total Fee includes the Course Packs (Books) & Service Tax @10.3%. All students would require a laptop for the course. Students who need to purchase a laptop would need to bear the cost themselves.

Aside from the course fee, all students will need to budget for an expenditure of approximately Rs. 6,000/- for the annual learning retreat in Sidhbari, Himachal Pradesh. Students will also need to budget for their food and accommodation costs for the duration of the program.
