  Analjit Singh

Chairman, Max India

 

Mr. Analjit Singh is the Founder & Chairman of Max India Limited, Chairman of Max New York Life Insurance Company Limited; Chairman of Max Bupa Health Insurance Limited and Chairman & Managing Director of Max Healthcare. He has been the driving force behind the Max India Group’s sustained growth and success since the mid 80’s.

A self-made entrepreneur, Mr. Analjit Singh has been leading the charge of reinventing and restructuring the Max India Group with a vision to be amongst India’s most admired companies for service excellence in businesses both synergistic and focused on the business of life.

Mr. Analjit Singh has always taken keen interest in enhancing India’s academic excellence. He is currently an Executive Board Member of the Board of Governors, Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, where he is facilitating and jointly funding a new campus at Mohali, Punjab. He will serve as the first Chairman of the newly created Campus Advisory Board of ISB at Mohali. In addition he is the Chairman, Board of Governors, The Doon School, Dehradun and Member, Board of Management, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.

  Dr. Karl Erik Sveiby

Author and Global Expert, Knowledge Management

 

Karl-Erik Sveiby is Professor of Knowledge Management at the Hanken Business School in Helsinki, Finland. 

In 1986 he published his first book in Sweden in which he explored how to manage the rapidly growing "Knowledge Companies", organizations that have no traditional production, only the knowledge and the creativity of their employees. It became an instant best-seller and inspired the very early "Swedish movement" in knowledge management in both research and practice.

  Dr Vijay Kelkar

Vijay L. Kelkar is an Indian economist and academic, who is currently the Chairman of the Forum of Federations, Ottawa & India Development Foundation, New Delhi and Chairman of Janwani – a social initiative of the Mahratta Chamber of Commerce,Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) in Pune. He has been appointed as a trustee of Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust (Puttaparthi, A.P.) on 4 January 2014.[1] He was also the Chairman of the Finance Commission until January 2010. He was earlier Advisor to the Minister of Finance (2002–2004), and is known for his role in economic reforms in India. Prior to this, he remained Finance SecretaryGovernment of India 1998–1999, and in 1999 he has been nominated as Executive director of India, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Sri Lanka on the board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF)

  Prasad Kaipa

Prasad is the CEO of the Kaipa Group in California and is a thought leader in the areas of innovation, leadership development and change management.

He has been a visiting professor and was the founding Executive Director of the Center for Leadership, Innovation and Change (CLIC) at the Indian School of Business (ISB) and raised multi-million dollar funding for the center. He was also a Smith Richardson Visiting Fellow at Center for Creative Leadership between 2010-11 and was an advisor to Business FAC of Fetzer Institute (2011-13). Prasad taught executive education programmes organized by INSEAD, LBS, USC, Dartmouth and IIM Bangalore in addition to ISB. 

Prasad has been an advisor and coach focusing on innovation and leadership since 1990 for about 120 C-level executives in Global Fortune 500 companies. Clients included Adobe, Boeing, Disney, Johnson & Johnson, Maxim and Oracle as well as global/entrepreneurial companies like Aztec, Advanta, BAE Systems, Lunar Design, Mastek, Olixir, Polaris, State Bank of India and Scintera Networks. The purpose of Prasad’s innovation/leadership coaching is to ignite the genius within individuals.

  Shashank Vira

Shashank Vira is an entrepreneur, educator, and investment manager, with 25 years of experience in academics, education policy & management, commercial business operations and infrastructure financing. Shashank is a Director of the Hearth Advisors Limited, an entrepreneurial, research and consulting business that works internationally in the Education & Skills, Medical, Incubation of Technology and Innovative Start-up segments. The Hearth is based between Europe and Asia, with offices in London and New Delhi.

He has led private equity investments, established and run education institutions, worked on education policy, developed public-private partnership models and established technology-in-education businesses. He has been closely associated with curriculum reform and pedagogical innovations at the high school and undergraduate university levels in India and the UK. He has advised MHRD (Govt. of India), the Commonwealth of Learning, UCLES & CIE, the World Bank, ILO and IFC (W). He is on the board of several leading schools and universities.

Shashank received his M. Phil. from the University of Cambridge. He has also done graduate work in Physics at Brown University and holds an Honours degree (Bachelor of Science) in Physics from St. Stephen’s College at the University of Delhi, as well as professional teaching qualifications.

Europe, Asia Pacific as well as the United States in areas as diverse as Process Design, Knowledge Management and Technology Based Training

Viswanathan has been a consultant and faculty in the areas of People Leadership (Leadership of the Self and of Teams), Leadership of Change Initiatives and Design Thinking. He has been a Subject Matter Expert with SHRM and an empanelled Faculty with Harvard Business School Publishing

Shyam Viswanathan has been the Associate Dean of Executive Education at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (founded by Kellogg, Wharton and the London Business School). He has led the design and delivery of Leadership Development initiatives for more than 100 different organizations worldwide

  Dr. Tom Keelin

Dr. Tom Keelin serves as Managing Partner at Keelin Reeds Partners, LLC. Dr. Keelin has supervised portfolio management, asset strategy and valuation, or deal terms assessment and negotiations projects for more than 30 emerging growth life sciences companies.

He serves as Chairman and Director of Strategic Decisions Group (SDG). Dr. Keelin serves as Member of Board of Advisors of Grow Talent Company Ltd. To support emerging-biotech decisions about when to partner and under what terms, he supervised a joint effort between KR and the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) to develop, benchmark, and validate a way to estimate asset-specific deal terms based on the asset-specific economic characteristics and relative strength of negotiating position of the parties. In parallel, he invented, tested, and authored a patent application on an innovative R&D productivity simulation method which uniquely highlights improved portfolio management approaches that may more than double R&D productivity for some companies.

He has led business and product strategy efforts for many Global 1000 companies He also pioneered and helped them implement their adopted methods for asset valuation and portfolio management
