We, the SOILites are proud to host its Annual Conference again, this November. Through this conference we attempt to create awareness and find answers to the most burning questions plaguing our social environment. On these lines, the theme for the 1st conference was about finding ways to live the 5 pillars of Inspired Leadership, the 2nd conference was focused on building a Peaceful Asia and Prosperous Asia. The theme identified for the 3rd Inspired Leadership Conference is the Importance of Inspired Leadership at the Workplace.

Participants at the ILC 2011 will have the opportunity to participate in a 1 day workshop on ‘Building Inspired Leaders through Creativity’. This will be led by Charlie Murphy, an elected Ashoka fellow. Charlie, through his organization ‘Pye Global’ has led young people from diverse international backgrounds to understand their own creativity in a way that helps them lead teams better.
The ILC will also provide a platform to participate in exciting panel discussions between industry leaders and leaders from NGOs/Art/Theatre/Education. The panel discussion will see participants discussing divergent views about inspired workplaces that know how to engage with their stakeholders meaningfully to create impact.
On the evening of 4th Nov students have organized a SPIC MACAY evening and you are invited to attend the same.
